Maintain communications with customers as part of the Services.
Collect information related to preferences for the services offered.
SECONDARY PURPOSES
Analysis and preparation of internal statistics on the use of the Website.
Sending advertising and solutions regarding carbon emissions.
If the Owner does not want their Personal Data to be processed for secondary purposes, they can notify their refusal to process it by sending an email to the admin [email protected], pointing out the above.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Bonus may transfer, without requiring the consent of the Owners, the necessary Personal Data to third parties involved or collaborators in the provision of the Services (the “Commercial Allies"), when the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into in the interest of the Owner of the Personal Data by Bono and the Commercial Allies, for which the Commercial Allies will be instructed to adhere to the provisions of the Law and this notice. of privacy.

A.R.C.O. RIGHTS
The Owner of the Personal Data provided to Bono is responsible in any case for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the same and undertakes to keep it duly updated.
The Holder may: i) know the personal data held by Bono and the details of its treatment; ii) rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate; iii) cancel the processing of personal data when you consider that they are excessive or unnecessary for the purposes for which they were obtained; and iv) oppose the processing of your personal data for specific purposes.
The Owner must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of consent to the processing of Personal Data will imply that Bono cannot continue providing the service requested by the Owner.
At any time, the Owner may revoke the consent granted for the processing of his/her Personal Data, so that it may no longer be used. If you need to limit the use and/or disclosure of Personal Data or exercise any of your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (A.R.C.O. Rights), you must direct your request: (i) to the email [email protected] on business days from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
For the above, you must inform Bono, in a clear and precise manner, of the Personal Data that the Owner wishes to be rectified, canceled or reviewed and in general comply with the requirements mentioned in article 29 of the Law:

Bono will have a period of no more than 20 business days after receiving the aforementioned request to respond to it and 15 more business days to make effective the exercise of the right requested, if appropriate.
The aforementioned deadlines may be extended for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.
MODIFICATIONS
Any modification to this privacy notice will be notified to you through the Website. Likewise, any change of address, telephone number, email address and/or website will be published on the Website for ten calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, and it is your responsibility to consult this privacy notice and its modifications. .
CONSENT
